Beta application: collection and use consent

주식회사 알아이에스웍스 (RIS WORKS) collects and uses the following personal information to receive and review beta applications and operate the test.
Information collected
Email, preferred platform (iOS, Android or both), display language, application time and status, each consent choice, document version, receipt time and source, and self-confirmation of age 18 or older. Minimum operational and consent-change records needed to process requests are kept after application. Name, date of birth, gender, birth time and birthplace are not application fields.
Purposes
Application receipt and review, duplicate prevention, beta participation instructions and test operations, and handling consent confirmation, changes, withdrawal and privacy requests. This required consent alone does not authorise advertising emails about launches or events.
Retention
No more than 90 days from the first application. Information is deleted without undue delay if its purpose ends earlier, including after withdrawal or a deletion request. Reapplication, duplicate receipt and profile edits do not extend that original deadline.
Your choice and withdrawal
You may refuse consent, but we cannot receive a beta application without the required information. You can still browse the website and use the calculator. Contact mykemi@risworks.io for withdrawal, access, correction or deletion. We use minimum verification, such as a reply from your registered email.
