These terms govern the MYKEMI website operated by 주식회사 알아이에스웍스 (RIS WORKS) (“we”). Registration, paid services and payments in the launch app will be governed by separately presented terms.
1. Website services
This website provides MYKEMI information, app previews, support, beta applications, a day pillar calculator and related-content links. It does not accept payments or sell paid readings.
The calculator requires no account or login. Beta applicants must self-confirm that they are 18 or older and use their own email. Receipt of an application does not guarantee participation or a particular launch date.
2. Calculator and content
The calculator uses supported solar or lunar dates and leap-month choices with a midnight day boundary. Results depend on the entered date and calendar type.
Day pillar introductions and character content use traditional symbolism for reflection and everyday reference. They do not establish your personality or future or replace professional medical, legal or investment advice.
You may share the result URL, which contains only a day pillar number. External providers control their own content, changes, removals and terms.
3. Applications and consent
Beta applicants provide a reachable email and preferred platform, agree to required collection and use, and confirm their age eligibility. Do not use another person’s email without permission or impersonate someone else.
Optional marketing-use and advertising-email consents are not conditions of applying. Duplicate submissions do not update existing information, consent or retention. Contact support for changes or deletion.
4. Intellectual property and prohibited conduct
MYKEMI trademarks, characters, images, text and software belong to us or their lawful rights holders. Do not copy, sell or imply official endorsement beyond what law permits or the provided sharing function allows.
Do not transmit illegal material, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious code, bypass security or disrupt the service through excessive automated requests. We may limit such requests as necessary for security and availability.
5. Changes, interruptions and responsibility
Features may change or be interrupted for improvements, maintenance or incident response. We announce significant changes or closure on the website where reasonably possible.
We work to provide accurate and reliable services and accept error reports. These terms do not exclude liability imposed by law, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or restrict your statutory rights.
6. Updates and contact
Changes to these terms and their effective date are posted on the website. Matters requiring separate consent follow that process. Please contact support first to discuss a dispute. These terms do not restrict statutory court jurisdiction or consumer rights.
